The F0400 stainless steel fermenter tank has the capacity to store up to 400 litres of product, and is capable of automatically stopping temperatures from climbing too high and spoiling product. It is the perfect choice to be paired with our 500L boilers.
Each tank comes fitted with a wall-mounted digital control panel, with a large display to show current temperatures within the fermenter. The control panel allows users to set the maximum temperature for the fermentation process, once the level inside exceeds the set temperature by more than 1°C, the cooling cycle will kick in.
In addition, the tank contains a stainless-steel cooling plate, which gives an immediate and efficient effect on the temperature within. The plate can be used to ‘crash cool’ contents down to a low level, resulting in a clearer beer than previously possible.
