The F0300 Fermenter Tank is our smallest stainless steel fermenter tank, with a 300L capacity.
At Latimer Ales, we understand the difficulties of keeping temperatures within the desired climate, which is why each of our fermenter tanks come fitted with a digital control panel, with a large display to show the current temperature within the tank. If temperatures exceed the maximum by more than 1°C, the cooling cycle will then kick in, giving the end user complete control of the fermentation process.
Inside the tank sits a stainless cooling plate, which allows for immediate and effective temperature controlling measures; this can be used to ‘crash cool’ the contents inside to a low level, allowing yeast to result in a clearer quality of beer than otherwise would have been possible.
