We were introduced to Kombucha production in 2015 when a small volume, kitchen-based producer asked us to help them to scale up after they had been awarded a large contract that they had no idea how to satisfy. Working together, we developed a system that allows Kombucha brewers to ferment their product at a controlled temperature, which allows for optimum conditions to be achieved at all times.

The system we created has an automatic control system which requires no input after being set and filled, and just requires a 240v power source. In addition to the fermentation vessel, we can also supply the kettle that brewers need to make their tea inside, plus transfer pumps to link it all together.
